Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your bag leaves our warehouse.
Track your package anytime via the link in your confirmation email.
Haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days? Check your spam folder, or email us at orders@bagify.co with your order number.
International Customs & Duties
Important for international orders:
Some countries may charge customs fees, duties, or import taxes on international shipments. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
You (the recipient) are responsible for any customs fees or duties charged by your country. Bagify cannot predict or control these charges.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to update your shipping address or cancel an order?
Contact us at orders@bagify.co as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We partner with reliable carriers, but if something goes wrong:
- Contact us immediately at orders@bagify.co
- Provide your order number and tracking information
- We'll file a claim with the carrier
- We'll send a replacement or issue a refund as needed
We stand behind every order. If your bag doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Please allow extra delivery time for these addresses (typically 7-14 business days domestically).
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During busy periods (November-December and major holidays):
- Processing times may extend to 3-5 business days
- Carrier delays are common worldwide
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
