We want you to love your Bagify bag. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

Our 14-Day Promise

You have 14 days from delivery to return any Bagify product for a full refund. No questions asked.

What We Accept

We'll gladly accept returns that meet these conditions:

Item is unused and in original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
Returned within 14 days of delivery

How to Return

Contact us at support@bagify.co with your order number
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
Pack your item securely in its original packaging
Ship it back using the prepaid label
Get your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges

Want a different color or style? We're happy to help! Contact us and we'll process an exchange for you. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every bag before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately:

Email us photos within 48 hours of delivery
We'll send a replacement right away
No need to return the damaged item unless we request it
