How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days within the US after order processing (1-3 business days). International shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. You can track your package at bagify.co/apps/parcelpanel or contact us at support@bagify.co

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, PO Boxes are not supported by our carrier. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

What if my tracking number isn't working?
Tracking numbers are typically updated within 1-3 business days. If your tracking still isn't working after this time, please contact support@bagify.co

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you need to change your address or cancel an order, email support@bagify.co within 1 hour of placing your order with your order number and details. Once processing begins, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Bagify is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once marked as delivered by the postal service, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately at support@bagify.co within 1 hour of placing your order. Include your order number and requested changes. Once processing begins, we cannot modify orders.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.

How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field before completing your purchase. The discount will be applied to your total.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact support@bagify.co within 1 hour with your order number. Bagify is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout and cannot process refunds in such circumstances.

Are Bagify products cruelty-free?
Yes! All Bagify products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal materials.

Can I customize my bag with charms?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of bag charms, chains, and accessories to personalize your Bagify bag. Mix and match to make it uniquely yours.

Are the colors accurate on the website?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, screen settings may cause slight variations. If you have questions about a specific color, contact us at support@bagify.co

Do you restock sold-out colors?
Yes! Popular colors are regularly restocked. Sign up for our email list to be notified when your favorite color is back in stock.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for full refunds or exchanges. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?
Contact support@bagify.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped).

Can I exchange for a different color?
Yes! Contact support@bagify.co to arrange an exchange for a different color or style.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us immediately at support@bagify.co with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing support@bagify.co with your order number. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
