How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Processing takes 1–3 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 1–3 business days after placing your order. You can track your package anytime at bagify.co/apps/parcelpanel or by contacting support@bagify.co with your order number.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email support@bagify.co with your order number and reason for return.
Can I exchange an item for a different color or style?
Absolutely. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange for a different color or style, subject to availability. You'll just need to ship the original item back to us.
What materials are your products made from?
We source high-quality materials across our product lines — premium vegan leather for bags, durable silicone for phone grips, and reinforced fabrics for travel cases and pouches. Every product is designed to look great and hold up to daily use.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry if that happens. Email support@bagify.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Email support@bagify.co immediately with your order number and the changes you need. Once processing begins, we're unable to make modifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Is my payment information secure?

How do I choose the right size bag or case?
Each product page includes detailed dimensions. If you're unsure, our most popular crossbody bags fit phones up to 6.7 inches, and our travel cases are designed to hold standard-size toiletries and makeup essentials. Contact us if you need help deciding.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, we work with retailers and businesses. For wholesale inquiries, email support@bagify.co with your business details and the products you're interested in, and we'll send you our wholesale catalog.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Of course! At checkout, simply enter the recipient's shipping address. If you'd like us to exclude pricing from the packing slip, mention it in the order notes and we'll take care of it.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
We restock popular items regularly. If a product you love is sold out, email us and we'll let you know when it's coming back. We also add new styles frequently, so check back often.
